Kpro Map - Car running sh*t

My EP3 currently has a map on it from TDI set up to run a cat back and AEM CAI. I have since added a Jackson Racing mainfold and noticed this morning the car has started to run rough on part throttle at low rpms, almost like the plugs are cocked up or something. I have put this down to it running a bit rich as the bodywork is sooting up a little more than usual round the exhaust.

Anyone using a decent map for a similar set up?

sound, am going to remove the plugs to see if it is running rich. you will have to show me how the datalogging works to see how the air/fuel ratio is.

there's no wideband to view A/F on our cars otherwise it would be easy peasy to map.
